IMPORTANT UPDATE:
We regret to inform you that our company has been forced to close due to insolvency as of early 2025. This insolvency was triggered by an extended period where we were unable to trade following the seizure of our property by South Yorkshire Police Firearms Licensing Department. At the time our registration was due for renewal and the application form was duly submitted and the required fee paid before the expiry date. Despite our Certificate of Registration remaining in force, and our company still remaining upon the Register of Firearms Dealers held by the Chief Constable, the subsequent seizure of company property without demonstrating lawful authority to do so prevented us from trading for over two months. This action resulted in a loss of approximately £80,000 in trade during this period and the redundancy of eight loyal hard working employees. Despite repeated requests for the return of our property, the lack of police response and a clear timeline left us with no choice but to cease operations under UK insolvency regulations. We are currently seeking legal advice regarding complaints, litigation, insolvency, and potential liquidation. We will contact all creditors, customers, and suppliers shortly to provide further details on our position and the steps being taken to recover these losses.
